Group Yoga Schedule

  • Mondays, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Holistic Wellness Center in Fort Mill, SC. This yoga class is for all levels, but is geared towards people who have limitations or who do not exercise regularly. You must be a member of the Holistic Wellness Center to attend class.

Private Yoga Sessions

If you’re interested in working with me privately, or in a small group (2-4 people), I’d love to help you! Private sessions are ideal if you want to deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance to develop a practice tailored to your individual needs.

My passion is working with those who suffer from chronic illnesses and/or injuries. These are areas I’ve had to deal with myself, so I bring a lot to the table for these types of students. I also love working with those who are new to yoga and want to cover the basics in a more intimate setting. When you work with me one on one, I am able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

After each session, I’ll send you a 30 minute home practice, so that you can more easily assimilate what our session covered into your own personal practice.

Lesson Location: Your home, via Phone and on Skype. 

Pricing is as follows:

  • 1 session: $60 per hour for an individual, $100 per hour for a small group
  • 3 sessions (10% discount)
  • 5 sessions (15% discount)

Cycle Schedule

  • Fridays, 5:30 – 6:15 a.m. at the Fort Mill YMCA (located in Baxter). This cycle class is for all levels, and you must be a member of the Upper Palmetto YMCA in order to attend class.
